Requirements

Valid GA nail technician or cosmetology license
Professional Dress code requirements
-black, navy blue jumpsuit
-black, navy blouse/scrub top (no graphics, words or t-shirts) with long black pants/leggings that go past the knee.
-wunderbar apron on at all times.
Stellar and ethical customer service skills
Acrylics are aloud in the salon but Gel enhancement services are recommended.
Educated or willing to learn client safety contraindications. Refer to employee handbook for more information.

Job Description

Provide exceptional skincare/manicure/pedicure services
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each client feels pampered and valued.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in compliance with state and salon safety standards.
Side work
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional work environment.
Maintain the dress code for salon professionalism.

Commission rates vary based on -

1.) Experience
2.) Specializing in certain services
3.) Portfolio/clientele
4.) Services provided
Commission percentages with no overhead product costs.
45/55 - apprentice (salon - 45%, technician -55%)
50/50 - beginner (salon - 50%, technician -50%)
60/40 - novice
65/35- expert

Booth Rent

Available to independent nail technicians with their own established clientele.

Requirements include:

At least 50-70 repeat clients
No help needed to establish career social media page
800+ followers on social media
Promoting the salon on their personal page
